Alberta hotel hit a deal with Century Casinos

This week Century Casinos company has made a transaction with a hotel in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to allow establishing casinos on its property. The company submitted cash on $3.0 million Canadian dollars ($2.4 million) in return for having 56.4% interest. Final arrangements of the procedure are now completed by the Century Resorts Alberta.
City of Edmonton has already released the development project permit, the cost of which is estimated in $27.5 million Canadian dollars ($22.2 million). The casino will comprise 600 slot machines, about 31 table games, a dinner theater with food amenities and a spacious underground parking lot. The entire construction process should not take more than fourteen months.
The licensing process is not yet competed, and currently lingers on its final eight step. The license will be issued only with the completion of construction and after all federal and provincial legislations are met.
