Missouri casinos ousted a man from it's property
4 March 2005
DeLuna, who's spent 12 years of his life imprisoned on charges associated with mob skimming of gambling revenues yielded from Las Vegas casinos, has been ousted from all the Missouri casinos under the Missouri Gaming Commission regulation. DeLuna is planning to file an appeal on this action, which has to be done within 30 days. Since the release from federal prison in 1998, DeLuna, 77 was frequently spotted wondering around Kansas City casinos. Gambling activities of DeLuna were brought to the attention of commission director, Kevin Mullally, by the player-tracking records kept in casinos.
DeLuna's case is not the only one, by all means, as eight more people got entrance restrictions from Missouri casinos. Interestingly enough, DeLuna's brother is also listed as a gambling offender since 1982.
