Online Casino English Harbour Bids for Stadium Naming Rights

The state of New Jersey is currently looking for bidders wishing to purchase the naming rights to the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, NJ. Online casino English Harbour has indicated an interest in acquiring the stadium's naming rights, which could go for up to $15 million.

State officials, however, are likely to frown on the offer, due to the shady reputation and legal status of online gambling in the United States. English Harbour President Paul Sudolski was quoted as acknowledging that his company's bid is something of a long shot, however, he also noted a recent an increase in online casino advertising in sports arenas and on billboards.
