Online Gambling Company Gaming Corporation Acquires Newbold and its Gambling Search Engine

Online gambling company Gaming Corporation, owner and operator of casino.co.uk announced its acquisition of Newbold Enterprises, which owns Gambling.com, the most popular gambling search engine. Gambling.com ranks second in Google for the search term “gambling,” and is one of the top destinations for those new to online gambling.
Gambling.com is a top advertising destination for online casinos, online poker room operators, and other online gambling sites, especially as companies like Google and Yahoo are less than open to allowing online gambling operations to advertise on their sites. In addition, Newbold has developed a system for pay-per-click advertising which rivals that of overture and Google, and the software is licensed to other companies, generating additional profits. Gaming Corporation hopes to increase Newbold’s operations and grow the Gambling.com portal into the internet’s strongest gambling portal.
With Gambling.com’s database of over 200,000 members who have signed up to their mailing list, Gaming Corporation hopes that the purchase will help increase their client base significantly.
