Online Casino Operator Rising Star Gaming Buys Magic Gold Casino and Express Poker

Rising Star Gaming, a private equity fund that acquires and manages online gambling, recently purchased equities from two online casinos. The new purchases are Magic Gold Casino and Express Poker. The two online gambling sites are new, and were purchased from ADLM, Ltd. To market these new sites, Rising Star entered into a contract with marketing company Cyber Success Group Inc. Cyber Success Group provides affiliate solutions for online casinos, poker rooms, sportsbooks, and bingo sites.

In reference to the plans to promote the two infant websites, director of investment relations at Rising Star Gaming George Klein said:

"Even though these two sites are start-up projects, we’re bullish on their performance based on CSG’s relationships with more than three thousand affiliates worldwide. We are also very excited to be entering a marketing relationship with one of the most accomplished affiliate marketing firms, Cyber Success Group."
