Russell Investment Group Adds Century Casinos to Microcap Index

The Russell Investment Group selected Century Casinos Inc. for their Russell Microcap Index. Russell indexes are frequently used for index funds and as benchmarks for investment strategies. Over $2.5 trillion in over 39 countries are benchmarked to Russell indexes. Many investment companies use the weighting in the Russell indexes to determine which stocks and how many to purchase.

Century Casinos operates casinos in South Africa and the USA. In addition, Century Casinos operates casinos on Silversea Cruises, Oceania Cruises, and The World of ResidenSea, all considered ultra-luxury cruises. Century Casinos owns half of the Casino Millennium in Prague’s Marriott Hotel. Century Casinos is in the process for building casinos in several places, including one in Edmonton, Canada.
