Steve Ducharme to Serve on Isle of Capri Casinos Compliance Committee

Former chairman of the Nevada State Gaming Control Board Steve DuCharme has recently been appointed to serve on the compliance committee of the Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. The committee is responsible for overseeing conformity to the gaming regulations that govern the company. Isle of Capri Casinos president and COO Tim Hinkley commented that "Steve has experience both in enforcing and assuring compliance with gaming regulations and that skill set will make him a valuable asset to our compliance team."

DuCharme has in-depth knowledge of the gaming industry stemming from his work with the Nevada State gaming Control Board, stints serving on compliance committees for multi-jurisdictional gaming operators, and his current position as gaming commissioner of the St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Gaming Commission.

Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. runs fifteen casinos in thirteen different locations, including owning and operating riverboat and dockside casinos in a number of different areas. It also operates land-based casinos in Black Hawk, Colorado. In addition to all of this, Isle of Capri Casinos also has worldwide gaming interests, which include casinos in Freeport, Grand Bahama, as well as in England.
