Three Billings, Montana, Casinos Must Be Moved
22 August 2005
Ten years ago, a state-wide anti-stacking law was passed in Montana, stating that casinos owned by the same person or company needed to stand at least 150 feet from one another. Such casinos had ten years from the time the law was passed to comply with this ordinance. According to the new law, the three Doc and Eddy's casinos, which are located in the same building, need to be moved, and the Billings business has been doing its best to deal with these circumstances. Until now, Doc and Eddy's has been located on Broadwater Avenue, containing three casinos and a sports bar. Now, the building will be reconstructed, and the casinos will be separated and moved to three different locations
