Three Billings,‭ ‬Montana,‭ ‬Casinos Must Be Moved

Ten years ago,‭ ‬a state-wide anti-stacking law was passed in Montana,‭ ‬stating that casinos owned by the same person or company needed to stand at least‭ ‬150‭ ‬feet from one another.‭ ‬Such casinos had ten years from the time the law was passed to comply with this ordinance.‭

According to the new law,‭ ‬the three Doc and Eddy's casinos,‭ ‬which are located in the same building,‭ ‬need to be moved,‭ ‬and the Billings business has been doing its best to deal with these circumstances.‭ ‬Until now,‭ ‬Doc and Eddy's has been located on Broadwater Avenue,‭ ‬containing three casinos and a sports bar.‭ ‬Now,‭ ‬the building will be reconstructed,‭ ‬and the casinos will be separated and moved to three different locations
