19 September 2005
The Vegas Partner Lounge network of Online Casinos has proudly announced that its casinos have raised $12,500 worth of donations for the Salvation Army to aid Hurricane Katrina victims.
“We could not have done this without our players, it’s essentially because of them that we were able to raise this desperately needed money,” said Austin Green, Casino Manager at SunVegasCasino.com on behalf of Vegas Partner Lounge.
“We’re hoping this donation will be able to help some of the thousands of people affected by this catastrophe. It’s important to pull together in a time of crisis and Vegas Partner Lounge believes in helping those in need,” she added.
SunVegasCasino.com also helped raise money in 2004 for the Tsunami victims in Asia, as well as various AIDS relief organizations.
