Joint Venture Receives Contract to Operate Casino in Indiana

Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels and Ernest Yelton, the Indiana Gaming Commission Director, have signed an agreement with Blue Sky Casino at the French Lick Springs Resort. Blue Sky Casino, a collaboration between Indianapolis real estate developer Lauth Inc., and Cook Inc., a Bloomington medical device manufacturer, will be behind a new casino initiative.

Blue Sky Casino has been granted a contract to operate a casino in southern Indiana's Orange County. The casino will open in December 2006, and officials hope that the project will create employment opportunities and strengthen the Orange County economy.
