21 April 2006
Two days ago Authorized Online Casinos reported of an individual who was brutally beaten by a group of young men and women outside Las Vegas' MGM Grand Hotel-Casino. As it ultimately turned out, the cruel mob beating was caught on casino surveillance recordings that showed the victim being punched, hit with a chain or belt, beaten and kicked.
The most recent update on this violent incident revealed that police had arrested an 18-year-old suspect in connection with the beating. Daryle Williams, the teenage suspect under arrest, is currently being held at the Clark County prison and is waiting for a court appearance on charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit battery with substantial bodily harm.
In addition, detectives are investigating whether or not the group responsible for the victim's attack is also responsible for other recent group assaults on people in the Las Vegas area. The authorities are still searching for other members of this group. No motive behind the assault has yet been publicized. A police spokesperson reportedly said that the beaten casino worker was recuperating at home.
